Click on blue button above. Download to read and fill out a blank template that is in a MS Word document. It may take you to google to sign in, click “ok” choose your google account and download MS Word template.
Note A for 2023-2024 Application Template – The template is set up for you to write in, add your art image examples of past work and art work pillar concept.
Note B for 2023-2024 Application Template -Past artwork expamples, there are 15 boxes that are ready to insert your examples. Boxes are set for that size image. Images set at that size will fit into the template box limits. If images are not to shape, scale down to fit within box areas.
Page 4 is to be used to describe your images of your past work. The WXM column linework page is a diagram for you to use to draw, digitally insert your concept. You can manipulate it to be your artwork concept.
Note C for 2023-2024 Application Template – Once all information is 100% filled in and all 15 art examples and 4 column (front, back and two sides) concept, save your MS document to a PDF file so that you can upload it in the portal.

The portal is the last thing that you do after you have finished your application template, (2) waivers, WXM Pillar Template and saved all into a PDF formats. You must have all needed documents ready before you begin the portal process because it does not save. (if you hand wrote the waivers, you can turn those in to us directly), continue to your application portal.
When your ready, click on Application Portal above, fill out all required information and finalize your submission. Good luck!!

Note A for WXM Linework Samples – These are here for the applicant to download and use for the applicant’s rendering process. These are designed to be printed at 11×17 or transferred to a digital platform for applicants’ submission of WXM creative works.
Completed color renderings will be inserted into the 2023-2024 Application Template or uploaded as a separate PDF. files along with all other needed documents.
